We're delighted you're considering Apple Tree Tots for your child's early education. Our admissions process is designed to be straightforward and welcoming. Let's begin this journey together.
Application Deadlines
Rolling admissions throughout the year. Apply 2-3 months before desired start date.
Priority deadline: November 30 for January intake
Required Documents
- • Birth certificate
- • Immunization records
- • Parent ID & proof of address
- • Recent photos (2)
Age Requirements
- • Toddler Program: 1.5 to 3 years
- • CASA Class (C-A-S-A): 3 to 6 years
Personal Care Items
To ensure your child's comfort and hygiene, please send the following items to school. All items should be clearly labeled with your child's name.

- • Diapers (labeled)
- • Wipes
- • Diaper Cream
- • Towel
- • Extra Clothing (include a sun hat)
- • Comfort Item (blanket, stuffed animal, etc.)
- • Pacifiers
- • Moisturizer, Cologne
Feeding Supplies
- • Bottles and Formula/Breast Milk
- • Sippy Cups
- • Healthy Snacks
- • Lunch Box (if meals are not provided by the school)
- • Utensils (spoons, forks)
- • Bibs
Arts, Crafts & Outdoor Gear
- • Stationary items (we may occasionally collect)
- • Art Smock (optional)
- • Rain Boots (if applicable)
- • Raincoat (if applicable)
Note: Please ensure all items are clearly labeled with your child's name. Replace or refill items as needed throughout the week. We will notify you if specific items run low.

Submit Application
Complete our online application form with your child's and family information.
Document Submission
Upload or deliver required documents to our admissions office within one week of application.
School Visit & Assessment
Schedule a school visit and brief child assessment. This helps us understand your child's needs and readiness.
Admissions Decision
Receive notification within 5-7 business days. If accepted, we'll guide you through enrollment and orientation.
